Eric Fong brings over 30 years of experience as a senior strategy and inventory management executive at retailers such as Old Navy, PacSun and Gymboree. Eric has led development and delivery of strategic initiatives as well as headed inventory management teams at both vertical and multi-brand retailers.  His deep operational experience driving execution across channels and functions provides insight into building sustainable capability through process, tools and behaviors. A passionate technology advocate, Eric has worked at software start-up firms and is CEO/Founder of a SaaS Assortment and Category Planning solution company, Demand Known. Eric is based in Los Angeles.
